Approval before cart

Every distinct design requires its own proof approval. An unapproved, failed, or expired proof cannot enter the cart.

What approval means

Approval confirms that the customer reviewed the final wording, spelling, layout, colors, finished dimensions, orientation, and quantity.

Changes reset approval

Changing the product, size, orientation, artwork, or design instructions requires a new proof and approval.

After payment

Paid custom orders cannot be changed or canceled. Screen colors may vary from the final printed product.
