Your information is used to create and fulfill your order.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, shipping, product, and artwork information needed to create proofs, take payment, fulfill orders, provide order updates, and resolve support requests. Payment-card details go directly to Square and are not stored by Elevated Signs.

Address verification

A shipping address entered at checkout may be sent to an address-verification provider solely to check, standardize, and deliver the order. Address verification occurs before payment and is not used for advertising.

Artwork and files

Uploaded files, generated proofs, production files, and damage-claim photos are stored privately. Access is limited to the customer’s secure order or proof flow and authorized Elevated Signs staff. Abandoned proofs and unpaid carts are scheduled to expire after 14 days. Paid-order production records and claim records may be retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising

Elevated Signs uses its own order records for operational totals and Meta Pixel to measure page visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive browser, device, page, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own privacy terms.

Service providers

Elevated Signs uses service providers for secure payments, transactional email, hosting, file storage, design processing, address verification, analytics, advertising measurement, and fulfillment. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services or comply with law.
